Aquaværk – Shipping Policy

Welcome to Aquaværk. We're committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping practices. This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations.


1. Shipping Area

Aquaværk ships to all countries within the European Union and internationally. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us directly at kathryn@studiokathrynlarsen.com before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Within Denmark: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Remote EU locations: May take slightly longer

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be subject to courier delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • Dometic Shipping: 49DKK

  • EU Shipping: 299DKK

  • Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders over DKK600

We primarily ship with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, or DPD, depending on your location.


5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


6. Customs & VAT

Orders within the EU will not incur customs duties or VAT on arrival. For any orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact Kathryn Larsen at kathryn@studiokathrynlarsen.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Aquaværk is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
